The key to injury prevention is understanding that pain is usually a result of a faulty movement strategy resulting in undo stress to the body’s tissues. The body must have adequate mobility and strength in all surrounding joints to execute the task at hand, and must also utilize the right muscles at the right time to perform the movement efficiently and safely.

Hi, I’m Lisa Reed

I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California and have since worked with patients of all ages and diagnoses and a wide variety of athletes from the high school to the professional level - including elite athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, UFC, AVP and USA Beach Volleyball.

My mission is to provide a framework of exercises to promote wellness, injury prevention, and sports performance. The various packages and structured workouts on this platform help clients build a foundation to move more efficiently which in turn helps to decrease pain and improve functional capacity.

Here to support you!

Regards, Lisa
